Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing information. This data is necessary to provide and manage your subscription.

Lead Data (Customer Data)

When you use the Service to capture leads at trade shows and events, you may collect and store contact information about third parties, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, company names, and conversation notes. You are the data controller for this information and are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to collect and process it.

Voice Recordings

The Service allows you to record voice notes about your conversations with leads. Voice recordings are stored securely and are only accessible to you and authorized members of your organization. We process recordings to generate AI-powered summaries but do not use them for any other purpose.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, device type, browser type, IP address, and session duration. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

Enrichment Data

When you use our AI enrichment features, we query third-party data providers to supplement lead records with publicly available information such as job title, company size, industry, and LinkedIn profile URLs. This enriched data is stored within your account and is treated as Customer Data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, service updates)
  • Provide AI-powered features including lead enrichment, voice note summaries, and follow-up drafts
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve product features and user experience
  • Respond to support requests and communicate about your account
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or Customer Data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers — Third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, data enrichment). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.
  • CRM integrations — When you connect a CRM, we transfer lead data to your CRM at your direction. We do not retain access to your CRM after you disconnect the integration.
  • Legal compliance — We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and Customer Data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 30 days to allow recovery, after which it is permanently deleted. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict certain types of data processing
